Grooving mold part is a universal mold die, unique in the world, it can make all different header plate sizes, any aluminum factory just needs this mold die in order to make any radiator size or model, without the problem of plastic tank size difference
Header plate tooth is a small process to make the tooth to fix the aluminum header plate to the plastic tanks, this process is separated from the grooving
- Because there are many radiator models that are being produced as whole aluminum radiators, so this process can be omitted
