  • The machine types cutting two or four copper tubes could be available

  •  Copper tube specification:  Φ5-Φ16mm, tube thickness 0.3-1.0mm, no limit on cutting length

TUBE END FORMING MACHINE

  • This machine is ideal for shaping and processing complicated pipe ends. It adopts fluid drive and consists of the workpiece fixing device, clamp device, shaping oil cylinder and machine body, etc.

  • The hydraulic mechanism is arranged into the machine body

  • Copper Tube Specs: OD φ5mm-φ19mm

  • Shaping Steps: 1-4

  • Shaping Speed: Single Step 3 S/Times;  Double Steps:5s/Times; Four Steps7 s/Times

  • The end of the copper tube is expanded or shrunk, processed to a certain shape

  • Expanding or shrinking rate could be selected in one workstation, two workstations, and four workstations
